No property that met our need was listed when we started looking. That didn't stop Lindsay! She researched properties that met our needs but were not currently listed and sent letters to them asking if they may be interested in selling. That effort led to two offers from us, but, unfortunately promises of first right of refusal to neighbors stopped those offers. Lindsay didn't give up and when a home came up that matched our needs Lindsay helped us quickly win our offer against four other offers. Soon after offer acceptance, while awaiting our tour question of where the furnace listed on the listing agreement was located, we found out that the furnace had been removed years earlier and replaced by an undersized mini-split system. Lindsay jumped in immediately and successfully negotiated a $15,000 credit so we could replace the heating system. She was amazing! Not only did she compile a list of houses based on our needs and wants, but she also adjusted the list based on what she learned while we were looking. Her familiarity with the area neighborhoods was also very helpful. Lindsay was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any of our needs and/or questions. Because of unforeseen circumstances, we had to finish our house hunting while out of the area. Lindsay knew just what we were looking for and found us the perfect house within a couple of days. We put an offer on it sight unseen. Since we were out of the area, she went to our inspection and took video of the property so we could see it.
